After the USA and China, Carven is off opening new stores in another market with great export potential: the Middle East. The Parisian men's and women's fashion label has recently signed a retail partnership agreement to expand itself in the area comprising the UAE, Saudi Arabia, Oman, Qatar and Bahrain.

Carven is set to open its first regional store in the city where its new partner Marka is based, Dubai, inside the future City Walk 2 shopping mall.

Carven's partner, which also operates the Essentiel and Sonia by Sonia Rykiel brands in the region, has forecast seven store openings for the French label by 2018. These will add to the 25 stores (both subsidiaries and franchised) already existing in Europe, Asia and the USA.
