Gant opens global flagship on London's Regent Street

Gant has opened its latest outlet -- a concept store on London’s Regent Street, which is designated as a new global flagship.

The Regent Street store will be Gant's global template

The 5,177 square foot location at 185-191 Regent Street covers two floors and has menswear and womenswear merchandised together. It is the first and only store so far to offer the full House of Gant collection, as well as sub-brands Rugger and Diamond G.

Located across the road from the previous Gant store, which is now closed, it has been designed with omnichannel in mind and aims to link the digital with the physical via digital screens positioned throughout the store.

Gant Regent Street is located in the former home of high-end fashion retailer Hugo Boss. It is also very close to Hamleys, the new Kate Spade store and new larger Hugo Boss stores. The annual rent is reported to be around £1m.

All of Gant’s new stores will follow the recent design with more existing stores set to be converted.

The company has 750 stores in 19 countries and is refurbishing 150 of them.
Last month the brand also opened in the new Victoria Gate shopping centre in Leeds.
