From July 1st 2010, Masakatsu Nagatani will officially become CEO of brand Issey Miyake. He replaces Nobuyuki Ota. At the same time Tempe Brickhill has been appointed Managing Director of the Issey Miyake group Europe.


Mr Nagatani joined the company in 1987 and had been in charge of different areas of the finance department before being promoted in May 2006 to Financial Director. He takes control now of the whole of the Issey Miyake Inc firm.


With regard to Tempe Brickhill, she gained the position as Managing Director of Issey Miyake Europe from predecessor Osamu Saito. In parallel she keeps her job as manager of Issey Miyake London Ltd.
