Composed of eight members, the management committee will also oversee product and retail strategies across the brand’s ranges.

The fashion company has confirmed that members representing the board will include Mango founder and president, Isak Andic, Jonathan Andic, Daniel López, Toni Ruiz and Carlos Costa, while expansion director Antonio Batlló, Elena Carasso and Luis Casacuberta, head of Mango Woman, will represent the executive team.

Globally, Mango has more than 2,700 stores across 100 countries. The contemporary brand ended 2014 with revenue of 2.01 billion euros, up 9.3% from the previous year.
