Japanese brand Muji is touring an exhibition of 25 rare posters to celebrate the brand's 25th anniversary in the UK and Europe.

Designed by Produce UK, the Muji posters chronicle the development of the Japanese lifestyle store, recording pivotal campaigns and store openings throughout its history.

Artisit Andrew Joyce designed a 25-piece postcard collection to celebrate Muji's 25 years in Europe - Muji

Muji's first exhibition took place in London'd St Martin's Courtyard in Covent Garden, from October 18 to 23. It highlighted Muji's first store opening outside of Japan when the brand came to London's Liberty department store in 1991.

Next, the show moves to Milan, running from October 27 to November 7.

In addition, Muji has recruited Tokyo-based English artist Andrew Joyce to design a card collection depicting Muji's 25 most iconic products. The illustrations will be set up across ten boutiques in Europe in cities such as Paris, Milan, Berlin, Munich, Barcelona and Lisbon.

Muji said it will also offer customers in Europe stores a 25% reduction from October 21 to 31 on the brand's top five bestselling products.

These include the Muji comfort cushion, an ottoman, bowls and wooden dishes from the 'Acacia' collection, a pair of sneakers and transparent acrylic drawers.
