Duffy brings 11 years of footwear and apparel experience to Supra, which she gained working at Reebok and Puma. She most recently served as Global Director of Footwear Operations at DC Shoes/Quicksilver.

As Senior Global Director of Product, she will lead Supra’s product team and be responsible for the brand’s product line planning, merchandising, product design and go-to-market strategy for international and domestic operations.

“Since Supra is rooted and born from skate, I’m excited to have Kara on board as she comes with robust experience and knowledge of the action sports realm,” said Robert 'Cape' Capener, Brand President of Supra. “I’m confident she will be instrumental in our brand’s growth as we move forward to an exciting time with multiple projects coming down the line and our recent move to DTLA.”

Duffy joins Supra at a pivotal time for the brand. Supra celebrated its 10-year anniversary in 2016 with the commemorative Decade X series, and launched apparel for the first time for spring 2017. Capener also told FashionNetwork.com in an interview plans to expand the Supra brand to the Asia/Pacific region, which has performed well for brands Palladium and KSwiss.
