Toms continues its product expansion and philanthropy with the launch of its Toms for Apple Watch bands. The California-based company launched the new Apple Watch bands on Tuesday and partnered with Solar Sister and Solar Aid to raise awareness for global light poverty.

The Toms for Apple Watch Utility Band - Toms

The Toms for Apple Watch band collection consists of two colorful styles inspired by founder Blake Mycoskie’s friendship bracelets. The two styles include the grosgrain Utility band and the woven Artisan band that are available in five colors and three colors, respectively.

All Toms for Apple Watch bands feature the etched phrase “Give Time” and the embossed Toms logo in gold, as well as stainless steel details.

"We love the idea of incorporating giving into a product you use on a daily basis." Mycoskie said, "With our new Toms for Apple Watch band, we will not only help provide light, but we will be positively impacting education, economic opportunity, health and safety for so many people who desperately need it."

For every watch band sold, Toms will provide one year of solar light to an individual in need. Toms partnered with Solar Sister and Solar Aid to ensure that individuals have access to safe, reliable light sources.

Toms joins luxury fashion company Hermès as one of the few fashion labels to offer Apple Watch bands. Apple partnered with Hermès to launch the Apple Watch Hermès in North America. The watch retails for $1,199 and $1,299, and watch bands are available for $340 for the Single Tour, $490 for the Double Tour, and $690 for the Manchette and Double Cuff.

The Toms for Apple Watch band collection is available at Toms stores and on the Toms website. Prices range from $49 to $75.
