Somma 1867, an Italian premium textiles brand belonging to the Gabel group, and Italian fashion label TwinSet Simona Barbieri, have signed a three-year licence agreement for the production and worldwide exclusive distribution of the fashion label's first bed and bath linen collection. The collection will premiere at the Milan Furniture Show from 4th to 9th April, and at TwinSet's Milan store in via Manzoni 34.

TwinSet has launched its first home linen collection at the Milan Furniture Show

It is TwinSet Simona Barbieri's first foray into home linen, with a collection featuring sheets, duvet covers, quilts, throws, cushions and bath towels, all in the womenswear label's distinctive style. The collection, called TwinSet Casa, includes a range of bed linen in satin or muslin, either in a monochrome palette of ivory, pink, blue and navy, or decorated with TwinSet's signature prints: flowers, geometric patterns and the heart motif, the latter in various shapes and sizes, and sometimes embroidered on the linen, as is the TWS monogram. The collection also includes more structured items with a sophisticated construction.

The Gabel textile group has a 150-year history of home textile production, and owns the Somma, Gabel, Pretti and Vallesusa brands. In 2016 the group recorded a revenue of approximately €64 million and it is currently distributed in Italy and abroad, as well as online.
