&Other Stories unveils a new transgender campaign

&Other Stories creates the buzz. H&M's sister brand unveiled a campaign for a capsule collection featuring Hari Nef and Valentin de Hingh, two transgender models. The campaign was shot by Amos Mac, photographer and cofounder of Original Plumbing, a magazine dedicated to the transgender culture and lifestyle.

The photographer, as well as the stylist, Love Bailey, and the make-up artist, Nina Poon, belong to the transgender community.

H&M's creative director, Sara Hilden, declared to WWD that the campaign was focused on the eyes. The eyes of others and of society.

Inviting an 100% transgender team was a way to help transform the traditional fashion gaze around this topic.
