Australia luxury brand Aesop has partnered with Worldwide FM for the release of the beauty brand's first radio series, in a bid to promote its new Othertopias range -- a three-piece offering of eau de parfum.

Dubbed 'Radiomatique Mixtapes', the Natura & Co.-owned Aesop made the radio series announcement on Instagram last week, alerting that the radio set is a blending of the senses, scent and sound, with the debut set to be helmed by Dutch DJ, Nedda Sou via Worldwide FM.

"We are delighted to partner with @worldwide.fm on a series of radio shows that hones in on the transportive power of both scent and sound," said the Melbourne-founded Aesop, in a post.

"Radiomatique Mixtapes are born from the shared language between the two senses—both can be composed of head, heart and base notes—and forms a place where aroma and audio meet. Holland-based DJ @neddasou presents the inaugural broadcast—a highly personal journey evoking redolent memories and hopes for the future."

Seoul-based DJ and producer Closet Yi is slated to host the second session. The hour-long sessions are set to drop weekly on worldwidefm.net.

The radio series pay homage to Aesop's Othertopias range -- Miraceti, Karst and Erémiaa -- a mini-collection of unisex scents inspired by the natural and physical world – namely the boat, the shore, and the wasteland.

Found in 1987 by Dennis Paphitis,  Aesop opened its first beauty outlet in 2003 in Melbourne. Since being acquired by Brazilian cosmetic conglomerate Natura & Co. in 2012, Aesop has been on a global rollout with retail locations opening in Europe, the Americas, Asia and across its native Australia.
