The Paraguayan group Sallustro, dedicated to the commercialization of international brands in the Paraguayan market, founded a new subsidiary two years ago called SAECA in order to manage foreign brands alongside its own labels in Paraguay.

Canadian footwear brand Aldo is one of the companies Sallustro represents in the Latin country, along with Converse and Hush Puppies.

The group opened the first Aldo store in Paraguay two years ago and was an immediate success. They have now decided to continue the expansion into other South American countries.

Thanks to the excellent results, Sallustro has convinced Aldo to open in Uruguay and Bolivia, using the same business model used in Paraguay.

With projects for store openings in Santa Cruz de la Sierra in Bolivia, and Montevideo in Uruguay, the group seeks to penetrate the Latin markets, commercializing and expanding Aldo on the continent.
