The global e-commerce giant is now allowing brands to personalize their e-stores. While social media platforms are failing to convince companies of their commerce-ability, online retail platforms could be set to succeed.

As a start, Amazon has made these new marketing resources available in the United States. Users can currently choose from a selection of templates to personalize their stores. Users are able to edit colour choices and layout in line with their brands.

Amazon has added two more new features. The first is an analytical tool that collects statistics on numbers of visits and the overall performance of the store. The second allows increased interactions between the Amazon store and social media platforms, allowing to post on Facebook and the user’s Amazon store simultaneously.
