Barneys New York returns with new beauty line
Over two years after shuttering its stores and filing for bankruptcy, Barneys New York has returned with its beauty.
Offering skincare, fragrance, hair care, body care, cosmetics, wellness and water products, the range includes boasts key items and features including 'Glocela', a premium antioxidant care ingredient complex created exclusively by Gloent Group; the Barneys New York 'Double Action Hydrogel Mask'; and Barneys New York 'Water'.
“We are pleased to be partnering with Gloent Group to introduce Barneys New York Beauty,” said Jarrod Weber, group president lifestyle, chief brand officer, at ABG.
“Gloent Group brings expertise in beauty, and these products will expand Barneys New York’s unique luxury offerings through elevated, high-quality skincare products.”
The Barneys New York Beauty collection will be available at Barneys-beauty.com in October, as well as premium retailers and marketplaces globally, including Saks.com in the fourth quarter of this year.

In 2019, Barneys filed for bankruptcy and closed its stores. The rights to its intellectual property were acquired by Authentic Brands Group for $271.4 million.
