Corthay opens in Beijing

Founded in 1990 by Pierre Corthay -  former senior craftsman at Maison Berluti - the Maison Corthay, which offers high end shoes, has opened a 1,000 ft² store in Beijing. The house is thus strengthening its presence in the Greater China region, since it already has two stores in Hong Kong.

Later this year Corthay will also open a store in Johannesburg, South Africa. "It is a country with a very strong potential where we will be pioneers in the market of exceptional quality shoes," said the house.
 
In addition to its historic store on Rue Volney in Paris, Corthay also has locations in London, Tokyo, Hong Kong and Dubai.
