DK Company says the acquisition will strengthen its position in the mid-market segment and create a strong platform for future growth.

CEO Jens Poulsen says the acquisition is a natural continuation of DK Company's current positive development. He added that the company looks forward to incorporating the new brands into its retail stores and online platform, and to launch them in DK Company's wholesale markets in mid-and southern Europe.

DK Company paid DKK60m (£5.9m) for the three brands. It expects the transaction to increase its yearly turnover by a quarter of a million DKK.
