“We love making the Festival a place where fashion, design, consumers, retailers, designers, and the spirit of the streets can come together. We believe that the most innovative ideas arise when the streets influence fashion, and fashion takes hold of the streets. That’s why we’re offering the public a chance to meet and hear speakers with the most fascinating stories,” explained Chantal Durivage, Co-Founder and EVP of Creative Development, Products, Research, Watch at Groupe Sensation Mode, in a news statement.

Over 10 speakers were announced for the series including notable speakers like publicist and designer Jean-Paul Goude; photographer, photo director and director Michel Robichaud; stylist to the stars Olivier Theyskens; NYC-based designer Zaldy Goco; Montreal fashion designer Marie Saint Pierre, and more.

For a third consecutive year, the event will be hosted by journalist Stéphane Le Duc.

The Fashion & Design Festival is an annual celebration of creativity in downtown Montréal. It is created, produced and directed by Groupe Sensation Mode.

The festivals complete schedule will be announced on July 19.
