The French Haute Couture and Fashion Federation is the latest to take to the spoken word with its new ‘Catwalk Calling - Designers Talk’ series. The 30-minute podcasts will feature as guest speakers a series of emerging designers showing on the official calendar of the Paris Fashion Weeks, the creatives who “are making tomorrow’s fashion.”

The French Haute Couture and Fashion Federation has presented its ‘Catwalk Calling’ podcasts - Fédération de la haute couture et de la mode

The first designer interviewed for ‘Catwalk Calling’ is Marine Serre, winner of the Galeries Lafayette Prize at the Hyères Fashion Festival in 2017, and of the LVMH Prize in the same year. Marine Serre has been showing in Paris since the Fall/Winter 2018-19, and her first menswear capsule collections hit the stores very recently. In the podcast, Serre talks among other things about her career, her relationship with the body, and how she is shifting to a fashion output intended for 75 stores.

The ‘Catwalk Calling – Designers Talk’ podcasts are broadcast on Soundcloud and are also expected to be available on Spotify, Apple podcasts and the Paris Fashion Week app. Among the forthcoming guest speakers, Afterhomework, Victoria/Tomas, Anaïs Jourden, Boramy Viguier, Hed Mayner and Yazbukey.
