German trade show Panorama files for insolvency
In trouble: Trade show Panorama, organised by Jörg Wichmann, has filed a motion to open insolvency proceedings on its own assets at the district court of Charlottenburg in Berlin.

According to Insolvenzbekanntmachungen.de, Berlin lawyer Niklas Lütcke has been appointed as provisional insolvency administrator.
The fashion fair celebrated the first edition of a redesigned format in January, after reviewing its concept to meet the changing demands of the sector. By starting insolvency proceedings, Jörg Wichmann is looking to enter a restructuring process, local media outlets reported. The idea is to introduce a completely new format and start the new season with a healthy balance sheet.
Wichmann said the summer edition will go ahead, taking place from 30 June to 2 July at Tempelhof in Berlin.
