The highly-anticipated Giambattista Valli x H&M collection was presented in a rather grand manner at Rome's imposing Palazzo Doria Pamphilj, this Thursday, October 24, 2019. Led by American top model Kendall Jenner, the show was attended by guests Cameron Monaghan, Chiara Ferragni and Chris Lee, who took in the men- and womenswear pieces from the collaboration, poised between ready-to-wear and couture. The capsule will be available in stores and online from November 7.

Fashionistas only have a few more days to wait until they can get their hands on the creations from the Giambattista Valli x H&M collaboration announced over six months ago. The Italian house teamed up with the Swedish titan to keep fashion addicts on the edge of their seats by releasing images from the collection bit by bit, starting with a lookbook, followed by the campaign, and, finally, a show in Rome.

The term "capsule" applies loosely to the generous offering of 41 pieces for women and 31 for men, along with 34 accessories. The result is naturally infused with Valli's romantic spirit, featuring a wealth of tulle, ruffles, pearls and embroidery. The presence of carefully designed details hint at the accessible retailers' ambition to bring affordable couture-inspired pieces to its customers.

"I am excited about this collaboration: H&M gives me the opportunity to bring my vision of style and my celebration of beauty to a wider audience. The goal is to share my love for beauty and to be able to be part of everyone's ‘happy moments,' to help create love stories all around the world," Valli said in a statement.

The collection will be available instore or on H&M's e-shop (hm.com) from November 7.
