Giorgio Armani celebrates new St. Tropez store with jet set

The Italian fashion house has overhauled its store in the chic French seaside resort. The 3,670 square foot location can be found on rue Francois Sibilli.
The Italian luxury brand has inaugurated its Saint Tropez store in conjunction with the beginning of the Longines Athina Onassis Horse Show, which it sponsors and which is one of the most important equestrian jumping competitions, held on Pampelona beach from June 4-6.
For the occasion, Giorgio Armani organized a very exclusive dinner at his house in Saint-Tropez. Among those present, among others: Athina Onassis de Miranda, Bruce Springsteen and Guillaume Canet.
Located on the chic rue Francois Sibilli, the 3,670 square foot store was refurbished according to a new concept that "reflects the warm and elegant atmosphere of Saint-Tropez," the house said in a statement.
The store features natural and light tones throughout its two floors. It caries ready-to-wear and accessories from the women’s line on the ground floor and menswear one floor up.
The designer, who has a special passion for the South of France, also renovated his Emporio store in Cannes, where he additionally opened a Armani/Caffè.
In France, the company has 4 Giorgio Armani stores, 9 Emporio Armani locations, 1 Armani Collezioni, 6 Armani/Jeans, 1 Armani/Casa, the Armani/Caffè in Cannes and Emporio Armani Caffè in Paris.
