Giorgio Armani is firming up its relationship with the world of sports through a new prestigious sponsorship. Apparel for the team athletes and club managers (total 80 people) will come from the Giorgio Armani 'Made to Measure' line. Besides the official uniform, the brand will be providing bags, luggage and a more comfortable travel outfit. All clothing will be personalized with a "Giorgio Armani for" label, followed by the name of the football player.

This is not the first time Giorgio Armani has been a part of the world of football. From 2007 to 2009, the designer already created the official uniforms for the English football club Chelsea FC. The Italian brand is also the official supplier of the Italian Olympic team, which it outfitted for London 2012, Sochi 2014 and will continue to do so for Rio 2016.
