Giro and Bell join the Vista Outdoor team
The Bell and Giro brands, both specialised in helmet and other cycling equipment and apparel, have changed hands.
American group BRG Sports has sold its Action Sports segment to Vista Outdoor for $400 million. The segment also includes accessories brand Blackburn and children safety brand C-Preme.
Vista Outdoor also owns the Camelbak and Bollé brands, as well as some accessories and equipment labels in the hunting sector. With its new acquisitions, which are expected to be confirmed within two months, Vista Outdoor is targeting a net revenue of approximately $350 million.
