H&M Canada has been recognized as one of this year's best workplaces in Canada. For the third consecutive year, the fast fashion retailer was recognized by the Great Place to Work Institute (GPTW) as part of their annual list.

Besides TJX Canada, an off-price apparel and home fashions retailer, H&M was one of the only fashion specific retailers to make the list. The retailer received the 35th spot out of 50 in the large and multinational organization category. New this year, H&M also made GPTW’s list of top employers in the country for part-time staff.

H&M Canada cited their commitment to listening to their employees feedback as a key factor in the success of their workplace.

"The success of H&M is due to our tremendously talented people that inspire each other to make our workplace. At H&M we love our employees, they are big fans of our brand but we are their biggest fans!" said Toni Galli, Country Manager H&M Canada, in a news statement. "We are honoured to once again be recognized as part of this prestigious list."

The H&M group has more than 4,300 stores in 65 markets including franchise markets, and employs 161,000 staff, 2800 of whom work in the retailer's 80 stores in Canada.
