Hackett London will make its racing debut on March 15 at the first Grand Prix of the 2015 Formula 1 season in Melbourne. The British men’s ready-to-wear brand will appear on the nose of the Williams Mercedes FW37.

"Motorsport has been a part of the Hackett DNA for many years now and the prospect of working with one of the F1 giants sends shivers up and down my spine," said Jeremy Hackett in a statement. "The Martini racing stripe has always been heralded as a marque of prestige and luxury and it seemed only natural for Hackett to style the team for the new season."

Hackett London will indeed appear on the team shirts, the race suits as well as on the caps worn by drivers Felipe Massa, Valteri Bottas and Susie Wolff. Besides the clothing to be worn by the Williams Martini Racing team, the brand will also provide the apparel and luggage used by all team members during competitions.

Owned by the Pepe Jeans group, which is poised to change owners, Hackett was perhaps inspired by the experience of the jeans brand. Pepe has been a partner of the Red Bull Racing team since 2010.
