Featuring camo sneakers and items inspired by high-altitude trekking, three new collaborations give a fresh twist to the aesthetic codes of sportswear with these directional capsule collections.

Adidas Originals X Ivy Park

Adidas Originals has dropped a genderless collection inspired by the resilience of nature, developed in collaboration with Ivy Park, the label by pop superstar Beyoncé. It combines sequins and camo patterns, sport-utility looks with snap-hook fastenings and ruched catsuits, as well as a series of children’s items. Designed for urban adventurers and outdoor sport enthusiasts, the Park Trail collaboration includes apparel, sneakers and accessories, like a multi-purpose backpack and various hats. It is available from February 9 on the Adidas e-shop and at the sportswear brand’s stores.

Fila X VR46

After dropping a surprise collection designed by Haider Ackermann last November, Italian sportswear label Fila has unveiled a capsule collection for this spring that brims with racing flag motifs, jointly created with VR46, the label of Italian MotoGP icon Valentino Rossi. The collection includes sweatshirts, joggers and fleece shorts, and blends streetwear codes with those typical of motor sports. It also includes chunky black and orange sneakers. The collection will be available on the Fila e-shop and at Fila multi-brand retailers worldwide from February 28.

Stone Island X New Balance

Italian label Stone Island, specialised in outerwear since its creation in 1982, has reinterpreted the 574 Legacy shoes by New Balance, giving them a contemporary treatment while retaining the comfy foam sole designed to absorb shocks and impacts while running. The tongue is emblazoned with Stone Island’s distinctive wind-rose logo, and the khaki and light brown colourway is military-inspired. The shoes are available on the Stone Island e-shop and at select Stone Island stores since February 16.
