Kering: Patricia Barbizet steps down from board of directors
There has been a change within the board of directors of French luxury group Kering at the end of the year. It was kick-started by the departure of Patricia Barbizet, vice-president of Kering’s board of directors, who stepped down from the post, having already resigned from her role as managing director of Artemis, the Pinault family’s holding company, in early 2018.

To replace Barbizet, the board has co-opted Héloïse Temple-Boyer, the deputy general manager of Artemis since the spring, who joined the holding company in 2013 as investment director.
Kering’s board of directors is headed by François-Henri Pinault, who hailed Barbizet’s long-time contribution to the creation and subsequent transformation of the group into a world luxury industry giant. Barbizet joined the Pinault holding company in 1989, and will now be working on her own entrepreneurial project.
