Knomo London in major webstore relaunch to enhance user experience
Knomo London has unveiled a new webstore at knomo.com that it has launched in a collaboration with Shopify partner Strawberry. The Inc Retail-owned premium bag and accessories brand launched the new site “to showcase the best of what [it] has to offer to consumers [in time] for this coming black Friday and Christmas season”.
The project to redesign the online experience has been under way since the summer and “marks the most significant change to the web experience since inception”.
The company said the new site “has a clean, fresh look but is still unmistakably Knomo”. It has been made “easier to use and faster” and has “fresh new product pages”.
The website takes advantage of the latest Shopify platform update, Online Store 2.0, which includes native international pricing and payment and a new, faster user experience for customers.
Inc Retail’s Creative Director Ben Perman said: “We have carried out an extensive brand development exercise over the past six months, that looks at really extracting the cool DNA of the brand and presenting it to a wider audience. Our Inc Retail and Knomo teams have collaborated to reposition the brand successfully, and the new Knomo website is a great result of this work.”

Knomo was bought by Inc Retail back in January. The Manchester-based business also owns unisex kidswear brand Tootsa as well as brands in the beauty and food & beverage sectors.
