Korean born beauty company VDL Cosmetics is popping up at the CF Toronto Eaton Center next month.

The interactive pop-up, taking place April 8-14, will mark the launch of its 2019 limited-edition 'Living Coral' collection made in collaboration with Pantone. For the past five years, VDL Cosmetics has been an official partner of Pantone, creating collections inspired by its chosen “Colour of the Year”.
The collection includes velvet matte lipsticks, an eyeshadow palette of 12 pigments and a brush set, among other products.
Owned by parent company LG Household and Healthcare, the brand has expanded to China, Singapore, Hong Kong and Saudi Arabia.
VDL expanded its position in the Canadian cosmetics market last summer with the launch of its first flagship store in the country. It opened in Toronto's Queen West neighborhood.
The brand, "which stands for Vivid Dreams come to Life", launched in 2012 and offers a luxurious product offering. It is best known for cult-favourite products like the cube-edge lipsticks and radiant skin illuminators.
In Canada, the cosmetics line is also available through a wholesale partnership with select ‘The Face Shop’ and ‘Nature Collection’ locations across English Canada.
A number of international cosmetics brands have set sights on Canada. Last year, Niche perfumer Atelier Cologne opened its first Canadian store in Toronto, while Estée Lauder-owned beauty brand Clinique opened its first standalone Canadian store in suburban Vancouver as well.
