L'Oréal Paris has announced its 2018 'Women of Worth' honorees. The beauty giant has selected 10 women in the US who are igniting social change on a local, national or global level as part of its signature philanthropic program, and is inviting the public to vote for this year's National Honoree.

Each year the L'Oréal Paris Women of Worth program honors 10 women for making a "significant impact" across a variety of fields. Now in its thirteenth year, the program has benefitted 130 inspiring women, ranging from advocates for health challenges to supporters of the troops and their families and champions for women in need.

This year's honorees include Shreya Mantha, founder of the youth-led social venture Foundation For Girls, Alisha Zhao, founder of the non-profit Kids First Project, which provides services to young people who are homeless and living in shelters, and Hannah Dehradunwala, founder of Transfernation, which allows companies to donate extra food to communities in need through on-demand pickups. Genevieve Chase, founder of American Women Veterans, and Dr. Holly Jacobs, founder of Cyber Civil Rights Initiative, are also on the list, as are several other changemakers.

Each of the 2018 honorees will receive $10,000 from L'Oréal Paris to support her charitable cause, in addition to benefiting from educational and training opportunities. One lucky 'National Honoree,' voted for by the public, will also get an additional $25,000 to support her cause.

"We are inspired by these breathtaking Women of Worth whose courageous spirit and incredible strength has sparked worth within others and it is our privilege to share their causes and stories with the world," said Karen T. Fondu, President Emeritus and Chairwoman of L'Oréal Paris Women of Worth, in a statement.

Voting remains open online through November 30. To cast your vote, visit WomenofWorth.com
