Men’s clothing brand Kiton launches on China's Secoo

Italian upmarket clothing brand for men Kiton has entered into an agreement with China’s luxury products and services platform Secoo to launch its collections on the e-commerce site. The companies will also work together to diversify the business in China, according to a statement.

Kiton, a Naples-based manufacturer that offers handmade business suits with a limited production of no more than 20,000 suits per year, is a world-class luxury brand. "Although products of Kiton are sold at a very high price, we can't simply mark them as luxury products," said Antonio De Matteis, CEO of Kiton. "We do not craft luxury products, our concern is quality.”

Secoo is the largest cross-border high-end e-commerce market for luxury products and services in China. The one-stop shopping destination boasts of over 9 million members and maintains a number of offline cross-border customer experience stores and global membership service centers in Beijing, Shanghai, Chengdu, Hong Kong, Milan, New York and Tokyo.
