Missoni: CEO Alberto Piantoni leaving the house

A change in management is occcuring at the top of Missoni. CEO Alberto Piantoni is leaving the Italian house, which he joined in 2011. 

Having arrived at the end of his term, his contract was not renewed. The brand’s management has been taken over directly by the Missoni family, each member taking charge of one sector, the company confirmed.

Piantoni previously worked for the Italian Ministry of Economic Development. He has also served as CEO of the porcelain manufacturer Richard Ginori, which has since been acquired by Gucci.
