The first is Josh Puritz, the label's new head merchant, an omni-channel expert with a 14-year track record in retail merchandising, purchasing and financial planning, until recently the vice-president men's global merchandising and U.S. retail at American label Theory.

Julia Yu, who is assuming the role of senior director of collaborations, has a proven background in business development and strategic partnership creation. Before joining Moose Knuckles, Yu held a number of senior management roles at Barneys New York and Alexander Wang, taking charge of the private label business, of licensing and collaborations.

Finally, Katherine Correia has been appointed vice-president product development of Moose Knuckles. She was recently involved in the repositioning of Jack Wolfskin, and worked for over eight years at the European office of The North Face, based in Lugano, Switzerland.

“Moose Knuckles Canada continues to innovate in bringing fashion and function to the luxury outerwear space, and we’re pleased to be reinforcing our teams as we keep up with the rapid pace of our global growth. Josh, Julia, and Katherine bring extensive experience as proven leaders in their field, and I could not be more excited to see their impact on our brand and product,” said Victor Luis, president and CEO of Moose Knuckles Canada.
