After the Knot sandal, now come the Bob booties! These colourful rubber booties, shaped like a moccasin, have been designed by Alessandro Dell’Acqua, the designer-founder of ready-to-wear label N°21, as part of the latter's collaboration with Italian design company Kartell.

The two Italian companies have hit upon another collaboration after the success of the Knot plastic sandals, with their distinctive large knot and thick sole. They were created last season by N°21 thanks to the technology developed by 'Kartell à la Mode', the fashion division of the renowned Italian furniture manufacturer specialised in plastics.

The collection was launched in January and was quickly sold out. Seeing the demand, Kartell has decided on a repeat performance and will feature Knot sandals again this year, with a new colour palette (blue, emerald, white and rust), adding to the black and pink featured in the first collection for summer 2016.

Even better, Kartell and Dell'Acqua decided to continue their exploits with a new model, a winter one this time, and launched the Bob booties for Autumn/Winter 2016-17.

The Bob booties will be available in blue, black, military green, baby pink and maroon. They will be distributed, like the sandals, by the Massimo Bonini showroom and through all Kartell stores, as the latter has stated in a press release.
