The shopping centre, which covers 20,200 sq m spread across 22 units in Poland’s second most affluent city, will continue to be managed by Neinver – a company specialised in development, property and investment management. Futura Park also boasts a footfall of over 1.5 million visitors as it is located close to the airport and the city’s main ring-road.

Wroclaw Futura was the single retail park within the IRUS portfolio, which also comprises a total of 11 outlet schemes located throughout Spain, Portugal, Germany, Italy and Poland. The fund was raised by Neinver in 2007 and is a sector-specific trust focused on outlet centres.

The IRUS European Retail Property Fund has a total committed equity of €480 million, fully subscribed by first class European institutional investors including a 20% equity participation from Neinever. Its portfolio has an estimated value of €1,146,900,000.
