In honor of her debut collection for Kate Spade New York, creative director Nicola Glass has partnered with the brand's long-time collaborator Tim Walker for its Spring 2019 campaign.

The new campaign showcases Glass' updated, feminine spin on the origins of the brand, featuring pieces that focus on new treatments of the brand's iconic spade symbol through patterns and functional closures, 70s and 40s-style silhouettes, eye-popping colors and unique prints. As for the brand's signature accessories, the Spring 2019 collection includes handbags that feature unique applications and "everyday luxury" fabrics.
Campaign images shot by Walker feature actresses Julia Garner, Sadie Sink and Kiki Layne at the Floating Farmhouse in Eldred, New York, with styling by Sara Moonves. The three new faces of the brand are set to star in all Kate Spade New York campaigns for 2019, and Walker, who previously worked with the brand from 1999 through 2006 in collaboration with the brand's late namesake Kate Spade and husband Andy Spade, will shoot all of this year's campaigns.
According to a press statement, Glass took the opportunity to establish core elements in the Spring collection that can be built upon in future seasons.
The campaign debut comes as the brand's latest New York Fashion Week presentation approaches, the label's second major show since its founder's passing.
Kate Spade is currently owned by Tapestry, Inc.
