The contract is reportedly worth seven figures and will name Jackson as both the face and body of the brand. The decision to sign Jackson represents the latest in a series of bold choices from Simons, who also released a campaign featuring the male stars of Moonlight, and an underwear ad starring models and actresses of varying ages, including legendary supermodel Lauren Hutton.

Jackson has begun to increase her profile as a model and actress in recent months. The daughter of the late pop legend has been featured on the cover of the likes of Vogue Australia and CR Fashion Book. She will also star in an upcoming film alongside Charlize Theron and David Oyelowo. Jackson is represented by IMG Models.

Simons joined Calvin Klein as the chief creative officer in 2016 after serving as the creative director of Christian Dior for three years. Since joining the American label, the Belgian designer has updated the logo and introduced the brand’s first custom-made clothing service. He debuted his first ready-to-wear collection for the brand in February to high acclaim.

Calvin Klein has not released details on how much Jackson’s contract is worth or what she will be modeling for the brand.
