The French brand Pierre Hardy is launching its first flagship store in Japan, scheduled to open early March 2016. It has chosen the old address of Shimada Yosho, a bookstore known for its foreign visual art books that unfortunately closed down in September, in the stylish district of Aoyama, Tokyo.
The flagship store will be a single storey affair of some 860 square feet, featuring the brand’s women’s and men’s shoes and bags collection. It's Spring/Summer 2016 lineup of 60s pop art and 70s folk style inspired women’s collection and iconic men’s sneakers shall be showcased predominantly in the store, not to mention limited edition colours only available at the Tokyo flagship store.
