Oct 5, 2022

PrettyLittleThing has teamed up with charity collective GirlvsCancer to launch the brand's first-ever post-surgery lingerie with a focus on comfort and inclusivity.

PrettyLittleThing launches inclusive mastectomy lingerie - PrettyLittleThing

The collection features a range of seamless bras, lace dressing gowns and bodysuits, designed with the aim to be sexy, comfortable, and most importantly, empowering. Thousands of women undergo surgical treatment for breast cancer each year, without any flattering or affordable post-surgery underwear options.

This collection tackles this taboo with an inclusive post-surgical lingerie collection that helps to shift the perceptions of those impacted by breast cancer. All the while, encouraging all women to self-check.

GirlvsCancer was founded by cancer survivor, broadcaster, and campaigner, Lauren Mahon. The charity is a space to amplify all cancer experiences and to make a tangible, genuine difference to those diagnosed. In particular, the collaboration will span 18 months.

“GirlvsCancer exists to blow up the cancer landscape by collaborating to crush the stigma, stop isolation and bring about essential change. This is the type of essential change I’m talking about,” Mahon explained.

“A partnership to not just provide donations, but cool, sought after and tangible products for those impacted by cancer. I’m so incredibly proud of this collection that incorporates a range of lingerie made for everybody but created with breast cancer patients in mind. This project with PrettyLittleThing will genuinely empower those dealing with a diagnosis, and directly impact improvements of the cancer experience for all.”

PrettyLittleThing will donate 100% of profits from this collection to GirlVsCancer. It is available in a range of sizes from XS to XXL, with prices ranging from $18 to $55.
