More news that suggests Ralph & Russo’s administration could mean a very different future even if the label survives. A news report on Thursday said the business is looking to dispose of most of the space in its headquarters in White City.

Property Week said the company occupies 30,0000 sq ft in the Mediaworks building in west London and wants to offload two-thirds of that space.

The 30,000 sq ft currently houses both its head office and its atelier and it’s unclear what the retention of 10,000 sq ft would mean for either or both of these functions.

The total space was double the size of its previous HQ in Chelsea and when it moved in two years ago, it housed a staff of 400. The brand had ambitious expansion plans at the time and was riding high on a wave of publicity generated by celebrity clients.

But the brand collapsed into administration this April and hopes appear to have been dashed of a revival with the lead bidder reportedly pulling out at the 11th hour. Co-founder Tamara Ralph has also cut her ties with the label.
