The Canadian yoga-inspired activewear company has confirmed to Fashion Network that  Paringaux will work on a wide range of creative content and experiences across the brand in this new role.

Paringaux has a lot of experience working in digital media. He is the founder and creative director of London-based digital agency Meri Media, and has developed online editorial content, web campaigns and mobile applications for a number of fashion brands such as Gucci, Stella McCartney and Comme des Garçons, as well as for the magazine industry.

The nomination comes just a couple of weeks after Lululemon’s creative director and senior vice president Lee Holman announced he would leave the company. Men’s design will continue to be led by Ben Stubbington when Holman departs at the end of this year.

The yoga and leisure apparel maker is also currently looking for a new senior vice president of women’s design.

Lululemon has seen three straight quarters of solid growth thanks to a surge in online sales. In September, the company also announced an increased focus on its menswear lines.

The results are promising considering there was concern that the "athleisure" trend may be going out of style. Meanwhile, Lululemon's rivals like Nike Inc and Under Armour, are struggling due to intense competition in the industry.

Lululemon is expecting to earn between $2.545 billion and $2.595 billion in full-year net revenue.
