North American skincare brand Rodan & Fields has named Dimitri Haloulos as its chief growth officer (CGO).

As CGO, Haloulos will focus on building and expanding the Rodan & Fields brand, supporting its future global development and leading a team focused on global innovation, brand and digital marketing, corporate strategy and insights, and global strategy.

He will report to Diane Dietz, the brand’s president and chief executive officer.

Haloulos brings over 15 years of experience in consumer-packaged goods and retail to the role, most recently serving as CEO of specialty beverage retailer BevMo. Prior to BevMo, he held roles as senior vice president, own brands at Albertsons Safeway, group vice president, marketing at Safeway, and brand manager, Procter and Gamble for Procter and Gamble, among other roles.

“[Haloulos] has a strong track record in positioning and scaling innovative global brands for growth in highly competitive and complex environments," said Dietz. "We believe there is significant opportunity to bring our dermatology-inspired skincare to more people and look forward to continuing our leadership and innovation in the skincare industry."

The move marks the latest addition the skincare brand’s executive suite since it appointed Nike alum Steve Dee as its new chief information officer in July 2019.

Last year, Rodan & Fields made its growth plans evident by announcing its entry into new categories and markets, launching a teen-targeted acne solution in February and announcing its 2020 launch in Japan—the brand’s Asia debut—in September.
