Singer Thalia debuts haircare line

Mexican superstar Thalia Sodi is making a move on the haircare industry.

The multitalented singer, songwriter, author and entrepreneur has unveiled ‘Adria By Thalia,' a 7-piece haircare series that spans shampoo, conditioner, hair spray, dry shampoo, volumizing spray, styling foam and all-in-one spray.

The collection has been formulated with a ‘CAPPA 5 Complex', which includes coconut, agave, passion fruit, peony and avocado extracts that aim to boost hair strength and hydration, as well as preventing split ends. Instagram posts shared by the singer with her 12 million followers indicate that the line is also cruelty-free. 

"My hair has seen it all -- from the stage to the studio to the stylist chair," the star said in a statement. "I created Adria by Thalia because I know the transformative effect that great hair can have on your confidence. Your hair should be as strong, vibrant and full of life as you are! It was also important to me to create products that work for all hair types and cater to different styling needs."

Fragrance is a central theme of the collection, with the products incorporating scents such as rose petals, sheer musk, apple, pear, aloe and fresh cucumber. The line comes elegantly presented in light pink and rose gold packaging.

This is not Thalia's first foray into the beauty sector; she has previously collaborated with the false lash company Eylure.
