Spring and Autumn Fairs widen Curated Meetings programme internationally
Following a successful launch and trials at Autumn Fair 2021 and Spring Fair 2022, the Curated Meetings offer is now open to a “game-changing way of doing business” at the next Autumn Fair on 5 and 6 September at the NEC in Birmingham, England.
The programme is “open to retailers and buyers who have purchasing responsibility and are actively sourcing” across product categories including beauty, wellbeing, seasonal, accessories, jewellery, and white label.
“Curated Meetings facilitate efficient, 15-minute pre-scheduled, 1:1 meetings between qualified buyers and relevant suppliers based on a mutual interest to drive new business opportunities together”, we’re told.
Working closely with DIT representatives, Curated Meetings is specifically focused on attracting buyers and brands from Central & Eastern Europe, The Netherlands, Italy, Spain, Switzerland, Nordics, France, USA, Mexico, and India.
Elizabeth Miller, International Buyer Community Manager, Curated Meetings, said: “Two highly successful Curated Meetings events have taken place… and it has without question proven its value. As part of the next phase of our strategy, we are very excited to be extending our reach to become a truly international proposition.”
