European menswear company Suitsupply will open its first freestanding store in Dallas’ West Village on 3700 McKinney Avenue on June 18th. The 6,700 square foot flagship location will carry the brand’s full collection of ready to wear suits, casual wear and eveningwear.
Fokke de Jong told the Dallas Business Journal, "Texas, and in particular Dallas, is one of our strongest online markets, we just followed those zip codes to give the online customers their own flagship store." The Dallas flagship will join a number of clothing brands including J. Crew in the West Village area.
Suitsupply was founded by current CEO Fokke de Jong in 2000 and has since become one of the more popular menswear suiting brands today. In a span of 14 years, the company has opened 60 stores in Europe, Asia and the US. The company plans to open more locations in San Francisco, Los Angeles, Greenwich, Miami, Shanghai, Sydney and Montreal.
