Pieces from the Autumn/Winter 2019 collection, which include plaid long-sleeve button-downs, brightly colored hoodies, and a variety of tops and bottoms, were captured in a photo series depicting the line's namesake skateboarder Tony Hawk and photographed by Anton Corbijn.

“Continuing to raise the profile of skateboarding and streetwear globally as we move towards the 2020 Summer Olympics was part of the motivation behind this launch," said Henry Stupp, CEO of Cherokee Global Brands, in a release. "Most importantly, the collection was inspired by the multi-faceted self-made man that Tony is – he is unequivocally the most credible and iconic voice in skate culture.”

With a genuine skateboarding icon at its helm and the debut of a skateboarding category at the next summer Olympics on the horizon, the line certainly has the potential to gain momentum within an increasingly crowded streetwear market.

The series of images taken by Corbijn will be displayed during Paris Fashion Week at a private exhibition at Galerie M21 in Le Marais, Paris, and will additionally be available online at the Tony Hawk Signature Line website.

The new collection is set to arrive in select top tier fashion and specialty skate stores globally this June.
