Yves Rocher appoints Jean-Baptiste Jochum as chief digital officer
Yves Rocher, the French beauty retailer owned by the Rocher group, has recently appointed Jean-Baptiste Jochum as chief digital officer. Jochum knows the cosmetics sector well, having worked for seven years at LVMH-owned selective perfumery group Sephora, first in charge of e-commerce and mobile experience, then as digital projects and innovation director.

It is not the first time that Jochum works for the Rocher group: from 2011 to 2013, he was head of web projects and CRM at Petit Bateau, a childrenswear label owned by the group.
At Sephora, Soumia Hadjali has in the meantime taken over as chief digital officer, in charge of e-commerce, big data and digital technology. She was formerly the general manager of Cyrillus Vertbaudet Group (CVG), a French children’s products specialist.
She started her career in media and communications, first at French TV channels TF1 and Canal +, then at SFR, working on e-commerce and digital transformation. Between 2017 and 2019, Hadjali was global senior vice-president for digital products and innovation at hospitality group Accor.
