Zadig & Voltaire CEO, Rémy Baume has chosen Jessica Franck to head the French label's human resources department. The manager has experience in the luxury sector and since 2016 has been running her company Skilt to help companies with their development issues. She was also the HR director of Le Bon Marché from 2012 to 2015 and before that of Chaumet, for four years. Prior to that, she worked in the pharmaceutical industry and in hotel groups.

Jessica Franck joined the company, founded in 1997 by Thierry Gillier, last month to: "use her experience to contribute to the brand's ambitious strategic objectives by 2025. Jessica's mission will be to support the Group and its international teams in the strong and sustainable growth initiated three years ago," the group said in a statement. At the end of 2021, the group had announced that it was aiming for a turnover of 550 million euros by 2025.
