Zadig & Voltaire unveils new store concept in Paris
Zadig & Voltaire has a new retail look. The Parisian fashion label launched by Thierry Gillier in 1997 has made over its stores’ interiors design, unveiling the new style at its latest boutique, which opened at 3 avenue Victor Hugo, Paris, in December 2018, at 135-square-metre premises formerly home to a Celine store.
White, grey and red (the latter the colour of the label’s logo in the latest ad campaign) are the predominant hues in the new interiors style devised by Thierry Gillier and his staff. The avenue Victor Hugo store adds to the label’s 118 existing monobrand stores in France (and 378 worldwide).
The new concept will be adopted for all of Zadig & Voltaire’s future European openings.
France, the USA, the UK, Switzerland and Spain are the main markets for Zadig & Voltaire, which in 2018 generated a revenue of €350 million, equivalent to a 12% growth on an annual basis.
Last September, Zadig & Voltaire made a one-off appearance at the Paris Fashion Week for the Spring/Summer 2019 season, to mark the launch of a new perfume with its fragrance partner BPI (of the Shiseido group), but it will be showing again in New York come February to present next winter’s collection.
