AmorePacific selects Ulta for US launch of popular K-beauty brand Mamonde
AmorePacific's popular K-beauty brand Mamonde is launching for the first time in the US through an exclusive partnership with Ulta.
The Ulta collection is comprised of twenty two skincare items and three makeup products, some of which were specifically developed for Ulta. The assortment includes sheet masks, bubble masks, cleansers, makeup remover, and creams.
Jessica Hanson, President and General Manager AmorePacific U.S. said, "We are excited to be able to offer consumers a range of simplified K-beauty products."
Mamonde was founded in 1991 by AmorePacific. It pulls inspiration from the Mamonde Gardens in Seoul and the belief that nature provides the best beauty options. The brand has installed a honey bee destination in the Gardens as part of its celebration of flowers and commitment to natural beauty.
Penny Coy, Ulta Vice President Merchandising, Prestige Skincare and Fragrance, called Mamonde, "a fabulous addition to our continuously growing assortment of K-beauty products."
She noted the brand's nature-backed products and simplification of K-beauty rituals.
Coy added, "Mamonde is botanical, nature-inspired and simplistic, even combining the ritualistic double cleanse routine into a single, rose-scented step" whose efficiency will appeal to Ulta consumers.
Mamonde is available now at select Ulta locations as well as online. The collection ranges in price from $7 to $38.
