Major Italian selective cosmetics distributor Beauty and Luxury has announced a new corporate structure, the renewal of distribution contracts with key partners and said it has had a good 12 months.

The company said turnover has risen 49% to over €40m this year. And on a comparable basis, all of the group's core brands grew in double-digits year-on-year.
The company also said it has changed to an S.p.A. from an srl (which is an Italian private limited company), has completed the acquisition of the 25% holding belonging to Morris S.p.A. and has beefed up its team with a greater focus on customer care.
The distributor holds licenses for brands including Abercrombie & Fitch, Burberry, Coach, Elizabeth Arden, Jimmy Choo, and Lanvin, and is gearing up for a major La Perla launch next year.
It is also working on new acquisitions in the luxury segment, which will be announced in January.
